OnStar
“Make a Real Connection” direct marketing campaign focused on educating new customers about OnStar’s in-vehicle diagnostic and communications services.
OVERVIEW
In a world connected by smartphones and digital assistants, the concept here was to focus on a real human connection. Conversations between customers and OnStar advisors are represented with an audio waveform graphic throughout all mediums.
