My Involvement
As the lead designer, I drove the project from concept through execution, working at an exceptionally fast pace to deliver a full brand transformation in just three months. I partnered closely with a small internal design team and led collaboration with external agencies, delegating key creative and production tasks to ensure alignment and efficiency. Throughout the process, I presented and sold in strategic design concepts to the C-suite and senior leadership, balancing vision with business goals to deliver a cohesive, high-impact rebrand.

No brand is complete without a set of clear and comprehensive guidelines—so we made sure to build ours from the ground up. From typography and color to voice and layout, every detail is covered. These guidelines help everyone (designers, marketers, external partners, etc.) stay aligned and bring the brand to life in a cohesive, recognizable way. We want to make sure that we feel unmistakably Grubhub wherever we show up.
