From Scratch to Scale: A Dynamic Email Module System

My Involvement

I spearheaded the creation of this email module system from the ground up, leading our design team in the overall vision while delegating tasks to make sure the work came together cohesively. I set everything up in Figma as reusable components, giving the team a flexible toolkit that saved significant time and brought consistency to our process. Partnering closely with the CRM team, I ensured the system was both practical and precise, while also QA’ing modules to prevent issues downstream. By consolidating what had previously been scattered into one streamlined framework, I created a system that not only scaled but also made collaboration smoother across design and CRM.

Guidelines to keep every email on-brand

The guidelines serve as a reference point for the CRM team during development and for external teams or designers to follow best practices, ensuring every email is built with consistency and accuracy.

An Organized, Reusable Figma Library

The end product was a clean, organized Figma file built as a fully reusable component library. It served as the single source of truth for our email design system—bringing all styles, modules, and layouts under one umbrella. This setup not only made design work faster and more consistent but also gave the team an easy, reliable toolkit they could leverage for any campaign.
